How to order

Step 1

Contact us directly or leave a contact – we will get back to you no later than the next business day.

Step 2

During the first conversation held, we will confirm your contact details (phone number, e-mail), and discuss the most important factors related to your order:

• quantity of products needed,
• the appearance of products, inclusion of graphic elements (texts, logos, photos), and additional elements (ribbons, lanyards, tapes, boxes, cases). If you have an ongoing project, we will ask you for a photo, sketch or description for a better understanding. Are you counting on us to come up with the ideas? We will propose a design tailored to the theme and nature of your event.

Step 3

Once we have received all necessary information, we go straight to work. An individual of our company will send a graphic design to your email address within 24 hours.

Step 4

After accepting the project, we will ask you to send the details (name, address, and tax identification number) of the one who ordered/payer.

Step 5

After the payment is made, the production machine will start its process. START time – your order will be forwarded for execution.

Step 6

We finish our orders in 5 business days. Although the exact time of completing your order depends on complexity and quantity of the project; we can assure you – we work at the fastest pace possible.

Step 7

Once we finish production, we will send the finished order to you within 24 hours.
